Mission

The company builds deterministic computing infrastructure for contexts where correctness is not optional. Its work spans verifiable AI execution, audit-critical financial software, and open-source tooling for safety-critical systems.

The unifying principle across every asset is determinism: the same inputs produce the same outputs, provably, across platforms, builds, and time. This is not a positioning choice. It is an engineering constraint that shapes every design decision.

Portfolio structure

Spey Systems Ltd is the holding entity for the assets below. Each operates under its own brand and domain; the legal and contractual surface is always the company itself.

Axioma axilog.io

Verifiable AI execution framework. Seven-layer architecture governing deterministic, verifiable, and governed AI behaviour in regulated industries. Public specification under AGPL-3.0. Primary contact: axioma@speysystems.com

SpeyTech speytech.com

Technical portfolio and insights surface. Open-source projects, engineering articles, and educational resources in deterministic systems and safety-critical software. Part of the wider Spey Systems engineering portfolio.

SpeyBooks speybooks.com · docs.speybooks.com

Accounting software for developers. API-first architecture and a UK-compliant double-entry ledger, built on a deterministic financial kernel with a React frontend, Fastify API, and PostgreSQL backend.

GitHub organisation github.com/SpeyTech

All public repositories, including the Axioma framework specification, the certifiable-* ecosystem for safety-critical ML pipelines, and open-source educational tooling.

Funding

The company is bootstrapped. No external salary, no commercial investment, and no institutional grant currently supports its operations. All assets sit under the limited company and are developed from its own resources.

Grant funding is being pursued through the NLnet NGI Zero Commons Fund for Axioma framework development. Commercial enquiries and conformance-service engagements are the primary revenue pathway.
